Not a news flash: I'm not so great at posting

I think it goes without saying: pharmacy school is my life. I just finished up another rotation today and am headed to reflective week! Quick post because I have some FABULOUS news! I'm a new auntie! Meet Kylie Beth!

so the summer...

Stephen and I have been traveling a lot. What with him in North Dakota and me heading to a new place every month (or more like every weekend), I think I'm actually starting to like the idea of settling down. Here's some pics of our recent adventures...scratch that I only brought one SD card. Here are some pics of us in Hawaii:

Um...we're kind of obsessed with our school considering we almost have TWO alums now. Thus you might get the wyoming feeling even though we are in Hawaii.

Coral on Lava Rock Grafiti

The biggest fish I've ever caught and likely ever will catch!!! It's a short nosed sail fish - I guess it's rare to Hawaii so people come from all around the world to catch this fish. And oh my goodness did it taste delicious!

On top of the world...Sunset on top of Mauna Kea - over 14,000 feet. Yes, it was cold.

This is the tiniest temple I've ever been in! Stephen, mom, dad, and I were the only ones in the session plus a few temple workers. So beautiful. So worth it.

Stephen and I at the southern-most point of the United States also known as south point. Rightfully named.

Ok I think I have officially outstayed my welcome in the McDonalds parking lot. Hopefully I will post more later. :)

The five best things about moving...

1- Visiting Teachers who bring us dinner
2- Wearing the same outfit four days in a row
3- Listening to endless hours of music (did anyone know that Pandora has a listening limit?!)
4- Throwing away stuff!
5 - Having an excuse to go out to eat for breakfast

Oh yeah...keepin it positive

Hooray Spring Break!

So right now I only have the pictures I've actually downloaded on my little computer so this isn't the greatest update. (but it's still an update, right?) We all made it back from Guatemala safe and sound. (18 peole were murdered during the 10 days we were there) I can't tell you how blessed we are to live in the U.S.

I added yet another job to my schedule. I'm now a student success services tutor, a nursing pharmacology TA and a pharmacy practice lab TA. It's keeping me busy!

I love my beehives and Stephen's been a busy ward missionary! (The ap for the scriptures is probably one of the best tools ever for new converts!) Stephen graduates on May 7, 2011 and I'll be graduating May 5, 2012. Mark your calendars!

This is sounding an awful lot like a Christmas letter so I think I'll be done. :)

Yeehaw! Go Pokes!

The men of the family in a riveting game of cards (did someone send a memo to wear blue?)

Check out the dresses I made! This is my two bestest buddies and me all dressed up for 20's night at the American Pharmacists Association- Acadamey of Student Pharmacists Midyear Regional meeting.

This is the pharmacy group that I'm the president of. I love these ladies!

Ahhhh....Steamboat. How I love you.

John Schmidt at UW!

John Schmidt came and played in the middle of Prexy's Pasture and it was AWESOME! This is taken from my cell phone, so not the greatest video, but you get the idea! Outdoor concerts are pretty amazing :)
